ORDERS
By ordering any of our products, you agree by these terms & conditions.
The price applicable is that set at the moment on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are shown before confirming the purchase.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an information email with the details of your order. This email is confirmation that we have received it.

PAYMENT SECURITY
Payment can be made securely online.
All payment transactions are through Paypal.

Card information is not stored and is all handled over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
This is an encryption to guarantee your protection of the data you send to us over the internet.

SHIPMENT
Items are generally dispatched within 4-5 working days after receipt of payment. Your items are well-protected.
We ship via UPS or FedEx courier to all countries.

Please note that local charges such as sales tax, customs duty, may occur depending on your local customs duties.
These charges are at the customers own expense.

If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you fall in love even more once you have your painting at home. However, if you feel your product is defective, we stand behind our paintings so,
please contact us within 48h after receiving your item, to:
info@annamartirepresa.com or call us +34 934 638 539 from 9am to 9pm EAST, seven days a week.

Return or exchange the item within 7 days from the day you received your product. You will have to send it in their original condition, in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the pertinent sales receipt.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is FAULTY.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.

PRIVACY POLICY
All of the information that you provide to AM is strictly private and confidential. We will never share our information to others.

PRODUCT IMAGE
We do our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on our website and online catalogues.
However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be entirely accurate.
